Tips & Tricks
To enjoy your nails for a long time, we have a few extra tips:
Make sure the nails are free of grease and dust before you start applying. For example, clean them with a detergent to degrease them as well as possible.
Apply each layer very thinly ! The lacquer is quite thick because of the high pigmentation, so always wipe the brush on the neck of the bottle. Don't forget to include the edge at the top of the tip completely.
It is better to apply 2 thin layers of the color instead of 1 thicker layer.
Make sure that the gel polish does not end up on the cuticle . The cuticle is often greasy and there can be dirt underneath so that the gel polish does not adhere well.
Sometimes it is better not to start painting with your 'writing hand' , but with your other hand. This is especially a good tip if you've done it before. This prevents you from rushing it with your 'less stable hand' when you have less time.
Make sure you don't keep your nails too far under the LED lamp , but well under the blue LED part. Move your fingertips slightly upwards in the LED lamp, so you can be sure that every part of the paint cures properly.
After applying and drying the last layer, remove the “sticky” layer with the cleanser and a lint-free cloth to make your nails really shine.
The gel polish can only be removed with pure acetone , for example Sensista Gel Color Remover. The Removal Wraps are a handy tool to allow the acetone to take effect.
Finally, read the instructions carefully to really enjoy your new manicure to the fullest.
