Crystal colloidal silver is a mixture of very small silver particles of 0.65 nanometers in ultra pure water. It is not physically possible for smaller particles of silver to exist in water. The smaller the particles (the larger the effective surface area) the more effective the product.
Crystal colloidal silver consists of 80.5% colloidal silver, where others provide up to 5%-10%. The high percentage of colloidal particles in combination with the smallest possible particle size results in the most effective product of the highest quality.

If you are allergic to silver, you should not use Crystal colloidal silver water. Allergic reactions to silver are rare, but not unknown. If you don't see a reaction after 30 minutes, you can be pretty sure you don't have a silver allergy.
